13 YEAR OLD BOY BECOMES A FATHER

i was just reading the papers the other day and i saw this really weird article on how a thirteen year old boy (who looked eight by the way) had a child with his sligthly older girlfriend who is fifteen.
I mean has the world lost its sanity. two children who can barely take care of themselves have given birth to another whole human whom they have to take care of for the rest of their lives or atleast till the child is 20.
This is really an alarming sign that children so young have taken up to sex. i mean thirteen!!!!
COME ON!!. i still used to have a nightlight when i was that age. Knowing the dangers like STD'S
and Aids. parent should learn to be Stricter as far as these things go. As far as i can see the government can do its part by severly clamping down on underage sex. todays youngsters are exposed to a lot of pornographic content on the internet and this could be one of the reasons why a child has had a child.
